Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund appears.
